Har Lok Prawns

                       This is one of the best prawn dish, Chinese style, that my hubby loves.


               700 gm              big Prawns
                    1 teasp          Dried Prawns [Soak in hot water for 15 minutes. Chopped finely]


                1 Tabsp              *Salted Black Bean
                1 teasp                 Tau Cheong
                3 pips                   Garlic
                3                           Small Onions
                1                           Red Chilli
                5                           Chilli Padi
                1"                          Ginger


                 1/2 Tabsp             Light Soy Sauce
                 1/2 Tabsp             Sugar
                 2 Tabsp                Chilli Sauce
                 4 Tabsp                 Tomato Sauce
                 5 Tabsp                  Water

  1. Wash then soak the Dried Prawns in hot water for 15 minutes. Chop finely.
  2. Wash the Salted Black Beans.  Then chop all the ingredients in "A" & place in a bowl.
  3. Heat wok with 2 Tabsp Oil & fry the dried prawns for 3 minutes then add in "A" & fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add in the big Prawns & "B" & fry till prawns cook [Prawns cook very fast.  Do not over cook prawns] Check for taste; adding sugar or salt if necessary.  Dish out.
