Vanilla Sauce

                 Ingredient for Vanilla Sauce

                 100 gm               Fresh Cream [brands like Anchor, Shani]
                 100 gm               UHT Milk
                    20 gm              Castor Sugar
                    10 gm               Custard Powder
                      1/2 teasp        Butta Vanilla

                        Method
  1. Take 3 Tablespoons of UHT Milk From the 100 ml UHT Milk & mix it with the Custard Powder.
  2. Pour the balance UHT Milk, Fresh Cream & Sugar in a small pot & bring it to a bowl on medium fire.  Immediately it boils, give the Custard Powder mixture a stir & then mix it here. Stir with a whisk until it becomes thick But smooth making sure that there are no lumps.  Off the fire.
  3. Add the Butta Vanilla & mix it in. 
                 You can serve the Vanilla Sauce with the Bread & Butter Pudding.  One very important point is to make sure you use Custard Powder AND NOT INSTANT CUSTARD, as you dont cook Instant Custard.  Instand Custard is normally mix with cold water and does not require cooking :)
