Vanilla Panna Cotta with a Blue Berry coulis


                     After baking a Palova that someone ordered for their office dinner, I had some balance of Whipping Cream & I didn't want to, haha, bake [had baked 2 recipes of meringue & was too tried to bake some more] neither did I want to waste the Whipping Cream, so the next day, I decided to make some Panna Cotta.

                     Cooked a fresh batch of Blue Berry coulis & used that as a topping & was very happy that the Hubs loved same. 



                        I decided to make a Blue Berry coulis & use it as a topping as the Vanilla Panna Cotta that I learnt needed something to jazz it up. Tasted good & it had a better visual effect to boot!!! 




                          Straining the coulis for a smooth texture & just for kicks, I added a tablespoon of a Cherry Liqueur for a better flavour :)
